Every client begins their wellness journey with our Comprehensive Consultation, a vital first step in understanding your unique health needs. This in-depth process includes a detailed review of your health history, current symptoms, & personal wellness goals. We take the time to listen, ensuring that every aspect of your well-being is considered before crafting a plan tailored to you.

A key component of this consultation is comprehensive lab testing & analysis. These advanced diagnostic tests provide critical insights into your metabolic health, hormone balance, nutritional status, & other key markers. By uncovering the root causes of any imbalances, we move beyond symptom management to address the underlying factors affecting your well-being.

Once your results are analyzed, we develop a personalized wellness roadmap, integrating targeted solutions such as prescription medications, high-quality supplements, lifestyle strategies, & customized nutritional guidance. This approach ensures that your plan is both effective & sustainable.

Upon completing your consultation & receiving your tailored recommendations, you will be invited to join one of our signature wellness programs. These programs offer continued guidance & support to help you implement your plan & achieve long-term health optimization. Whether your goal is enhanced energy, weight management, hormonal balance, or overall vitality, we are here to support you every step of the way.

  • 30-minute initial visit at our center for introduction to our practice & phlebotomy services

  • Comprehensive lab work & in-depth testing for key health insights

  • 60-minute follow up visit with our nurse practitioner for review of symptoms, lab results, & personalized wellness roadmap

  • 3D Styku Body Composition Scan

  • Exclusive invitation to join one of our signature wellness programs for ongoing support

One-time fee of $497 — includes cost of lab testing

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We do not participate in any health insurance plans, & we are unable to submit claims or superbills for reimbursement through your insurance company. Additionally, we cannot provide services to clients who are beneficiaries of Medicare or Medicaid.

  • Our private-pay model allows us to prioritize your health & wellness without being restricted by insurance company limitations. This means your care is based entirely on your individual needs, not what an insurer deems "necessary" or "cost-effective." There are no arbitrary restrictions, network limitations, or hoops to jump through. We partner with you to create a customized path to wellness, putting your health at the forefront - not an insurance company's bottom line.

  • We believe in transparency & offer clear, upfront pricing for all our services. This ensures there are no hidden fees or unexpected costs, so you can make informed decisions about your care & feel confident in your investment in your well-being.

  • Monarch Wellness operates as a “cash-only” practice, meaning we accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express. Payment for your Initial Consultation is required at the time of booking your appointment. For our signature wellness programs, financing options may be available.

  • At Monarch Wellness, we respect your time & are committed to providing high-quality care. To ensure we can serve all our clients efficiently, please review our scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, & late arrival policies below:

    • Initial Consultation Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking your Initial Consultation.

    • Scheduling: Initial Consultation appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. If you don’t see a time that works for you, please email us at hello@monarchwellnessla.com, & we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

    • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment without any fees if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Late Rescheduling Fee: If you reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, a $50 fee will be charged to your credit/debit card on file.

    • Cancellations: To receive a full refund (minus a 3% processing fee), please cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.

    • Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, a $100 late cancellation fee will be deducted from your consultation fee, & the remaining balance will be refunded.

    • No Show: If you do not attend your appointment & do not provide prior notice, you will forfeit the full cost of the Initial Consultation.

    • Late Arrival: If you arrive 15 or more minutes late without prior notice, you will be considered a "no-show" & forfeit the cost of your Initial Consultation. If you anticipate being late, please call (985) 304-5051 as soon as possible. Depending on our schedule, you may need to reschedule if you're more than 15 minutes late.

  • At Monarch Wellness, we specialize in optimizing hormonal, metabolic, & gut health through personalized care. While we offer services that complement & enhance your overall wellness, we do not replace your primary care provider. We encourage you to continue seeing your primary care provider for routine check-ups, general health needs, & the management of other medical conditions.

  • Our programs are ideal for individuals committed to long-term health optimization & ready to take a proactive approach to their well-being. If you're seeking a quick fix or traditional insurance-based care, our approach may not be the right fit.
